Press and release in a program that pulls “2”, “1” and “3”. The screen should say “Support” and show Rev fw (say R0631R).
Press and release the Right Arrow button until “System Indicates Setup Menu” appears on the screen.

Press the introductory key and the “OK” button. You should see the message “Serious Error Condition: Clear. Click OK to clear. ”
Press and release the OK button. The message changes to “Hardware Fault Status has been cleared. Click Cancel to continue. ”
Press the CANCEL button as many times as necessary. Sooner or later, you will see the Photosmart Express Welcome page or the Ink System Errors screen. Don’t think about printing now.
Turn off the product using the power switch and unplug the power cord from the back of the printer and the selector Picking up.
Wait 30 seconds for turning on and off, then plug in what I would say the power cord first into the outlet and then into the back of the printer.
