Computer Repair Help Continues To Run In Safe Mode

Symptoms
The device cannot boot normally, but it continues to boot in general safe mode.
Reason
This issue occurs when the SAFEBOOT option is enabled in System Setup under the Boot tab.
Resolution
Step 1. Close all programs that you did not open and enable them on the desktop.
Step 3. Enter msconfig in the Run box as shown in the image below.
Step 4. Click OK and the System Configuration Utility will start.Then you will see a screen similar to the following printout.
Step 5. Click on the BOOT.INI situation selected by the red square anywhere in the image, and at the top you will see a screen similar to the call below.
Step 6. The checkbox in most of the fields labeled / SECURE BOOT is marked with a red square above. Then click each of our OK buttons and then click againClick OK. Windows will now accept the prompt that you want to return on reboot. Click the “Yes” button and the computer can now start normally.
Although this document focuses primarily on Windows 2003 Server and Windows XP, this information applies to Vista, Windows Windows Server 2008, Windows 7, but also to Windows Server 2008 R2.

Open an administrator window to run the command word bcdedit

If / SAFEBOOT is enabled, you will manually find an additional entry in the Boot.ini file, as shown below. If you notice a box for the / SAFEBOOT checkbox, uncheck the checkbox.

Rick’s answer: Jenna, it looks like the ringtone settings on your system have been changed in some way. If so, it should be convenient to flip it over and start the PC normally. Try this:
1 – Press the Windows Key + R key combination to open the Run dialog box.
4 Uncheck Always Secure Boot and click OK. All
