I had to write this plugin a long time ago because I like Winamp and needed a player that would give me a standard way to create playlists (with subsongs) as well as automatically changing songs should reach the end. Although Winamp of course I think it’s old, I’m just a good player. I recently updated this method to use the latest version of libsidplay with improved SID emulation (reSIDfp). – A unique way to create playlists with subsongs added on the fly – Play time limitsong management. You can select the SongLength.txt file in the HVSC directory. If a particular entry does not exist in the Hvsc competition in NASA’s length database, its playback time will be limited to the value provided by the user. – plays 2SID pseudo-compositions and just 3SID – Stereo mode. In this mode, when you set the broadcast output, the song will be played from both sides, and you can find an independent SID pattern for the left and right channels. Disable/Enable – selected sid-audio, this is a nice feature with pseudo-stereo mode enabled, for example, anyone can turn on voices 1.2 on the left channel and 2.3 on the right channel Decompression Installation: dll in ..WinampPlugins (note the previous Winamp procedure) closing. To configure Winamp select Options->Preferences menu and in Plugins->Output you can find “Winamp Sie SIDplayer (libsidplayfp)”. Here you can set the stereo input/output, turn on the pseudo-ether, select the location of the SongLength.txt file, and so on. Yes. However, when I tried it in Winamp framework v5.666 (with Wine though), I was amazed that Winamp often crashes or crashes, provided I just open the Sidplayer layout and press OK while it plays. Did you notice it? First I go to the settings and Sidpleera I press OK the music stops. When restarting the music, as well as when calling the Sidplayer configuration again, pressing them and OK blocks each other. HM

Tried it, same version of Winamp as above (works on Windows XP). One crashes when trying to start Winamp, removes the plugin dll again – and even now it works as before (without the plugin). CSDb doesn’t crash and works well. Please remind me to reinstall the program, it’s a little more convenient than SidPlayW2 or whatever it’s called.
